They think they can sing but the audience soon knows better!

Messengers arrive. They have a message from 'The King' (Elvis.)
He is looking for backup singers and is holding auditions at his mansion.

Calendar Girls parade the latest sixties fashion
for the ugly sisters to choose from. 
They must look groovy for the auditions.

The sisters are dressed up ready for the auditions.
Poor Cinders looks on sadly.

 
 

The animals try to console Cinders.
Her stepmother and sisters have gone off to the auditions without her.

 
 

The music fairies hear Cinders crying and fly in to help.
Cinders tells the music fairies that all she can do is 
"Dream, Dream, Dream"

The music fairies say those magic words "Bibbitty, bobbity, boo!"
Gorgeous clothes appear for Cinders to wear to the audition.

 
 

At the mansion, the auditions follow a dance called 'Let's do the twist"

Messengers ask if there are any more backup hopefuls.
The King says "No way. No more!" and sings "Let it Be."

The music fairies arrive just in time. 
They freeze everyone while Cinders makes her escape, 
leaving her jacket behind .
 

'The King' and his minders are looking for
the chick who left the fur jacket behind at the auditions.

 
 

Cinders fits the fur jacket!
'The King' invites Cinders back to his pad 
so their melodies can mingle! 

 
 
 

And so ends the story of 
Cinders in the Sixties.
